THE SHORT LIST // Winner of 4 Emmys
The showcase for outstanding international and domestic short film is a co-production of Channel 4 San Diego and
The Production Center. Major funding comes from Eastman Kodak and Cox Communications. Winner of four Emmy Awards, THE SHORT LIST has
also been hailed by the Ministry of Culture of the European Union for its “world view” in bringing "the viewpoints and visions of global
filmmakers to the U.S. audience."
The new season will feature 42 films from 15 countries. Fiction, documentary and animated films comprise the diverse content of the
half-hour shows. Each season an entire program is devoted to new works by SDSU graduate film students.
