Sam the Cooking Guy is an everyday guy who cooks easy to make, delicious food.  There's no fancy equipment  and ingredients, just Sam cooking in his red kitchen.

And his kitchen is our kitchen and includes a colorful cast of family members and friends  -  his dogs, kids and neighbors .

As Sam says, "It's food that's big in taste and small in effort," using just a few simple, tasty ingredients. 

Sam the Cooking Guy airs every night at 6 p.m. and Monday through Saturday at 10 p.m.
