The Giants Mechanical Man
For those of you who don't remember what Matt was talking about in the bottom of the 7th inning, here is a picture of Rusty, the Mechanical Man. For those of you who do remember him, you'll remember that he had his share of problems.

Hi Matt and Mark. We enjoy your show. We still cannot figure out why the San Diego Padres let Dave Roberts go? He is such a fire cracker. He can get the game going, usually gets on base, loves to still bags and gives the opposing pitcher grief, makes great catches, and has some wheels. And if this is not enough, he has a great attitude. Wouldn't every team want a player like that, especially San Diego? Sandy and Jim

Wow, I couldn't agree more! I'm surprised Mud didn't mention that last night. Rusty is a *bit* taller than Matty but other than that they're pretty similar looking :)

Hey Matt and Mark. Just wanted to let you know that Phil Nevin made you one of his "ups" on the pregame radio show the other day. He said you guys were knowledgable and entertaining and he enjoys watching you guys do games. The other announcers were giving him a hard time for not listening to the radio while watching them game. It was great! You guys are appreciated by a lot of people, including me.
